MedCall facilitates access to telehealth providers and related services; however, MedCall is neither an insurance carrier nor a health information provider. MedCall is independent from the healthcare providers who provide telehealth services and is not responsible for said healthcare providers’ acts, omissions, or any content of the communications made by them. MedCall does not engage in the practice of medicine.
