Telemedicine is not designed or intended for use in the diagnosis or treatment of disease or other chronic medical conditions. Please consult your primary healthcare provider prior to making any decisions related to your health.

You are about to enter into a telemedicine consultation. You will let us know the state in which you are currently located, and your physician will be licensed in the state where you are located. There are some limitations to a telemedicine consultation compared with an in-person evaluation. If you or the Physician feel at any time that this virtual visit is not adequate for your evaluation, either of you may request to discontinue this consultation and the medical staff will assist you in getting an in person medical consultation.

Use of Data. MedCall may collect certain limited information to help MedCall improve its services. This will not include any data that may personally identify you. Unless you provide your express consent, no other information will be collected or used by MedCall and MedCall will not share such information for any purpose other than to provide you medical care. At all times, any information received by MedCall will be treated in accordance with your consent and MedCall’s Privacy Policy, which can be viewed. at: https://medcalladvisors.com/privacy-policy/

For your protection, all consultations are recorded and protected in compliance with applicable federal and state law. This information is stored and may be shared with other healthcare personnel to assist in your care as well as your insurance carrier for billing purposes. If at any time you have questions about these the risks, benefits, or limitations of telemedicine, you can request additional clarification from the physician. By continuing you are providing informed consent to consultation and treatment.

Limitation of Liability. To the extent not prohibited by applicable law, in to event MedCall be liable for personal injury, or any incidental, special, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever, including without limitation, damages for lost wages, profits, corruption or loss of data, failure to transmit or receive any data, business interruption, or any other commercial disruption, losses arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the services, recommendations, and services or any third party software or applications in conjunction with the services provided by MedCall, however caused regardless of the theory of liability, (contract torr or otherwise) and even if MedCall has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
